MY STORY

Born in 2004, I hit the ground running in the hotel industry. Right from the start, I was developing management software for boutique hotels. In fact, I successfully rolled out over 20 projects across Central Asia, working hand-in-hand with the EBRD.


Then, a new powerhouse entered my life: Dubai – the land of mega-projects. That's where I really broadened my horizons, diving deep into everything from IT to real estate development. I got completely immersed in designing construction projects and crafting financial models for investors worldwide. In recent years, I've brought two fantastic beachfront projects to investors here in Georgia.
